I'm on a ration of 1u/10g of carbs. I calculate my breakfast at 20g or carbs but 5u gives me a perfect post meal reading.
I've been having 50g frozen berries (3g)
100g greek yogurt (5g)
Teaspoon honey (10g)
Is it the honey? I'm not going to stop having it as my readings are fine but I don't usually have to change ratios at breakfast if I have toast for example 3u for 30g is fine.
