We used the pivotell dispenser with a tipper. Without the tipper she either got pills stuck or forced the pill tray around to access more that one slot. Or wouldn’t manage to turn the alarm off as she’d fish for the pills rather than tip them out (which is how the alarm is turned off, tipping it over and back)

Also if you have carers please put a message on the back with a phone number to contact you. The amount of times a carer took the batteries out because it was beeping (like it was a smoke alarm going off!)

I. Just know we'd need one for the saver reason.
