DGF at the grand age of 98 has been diagnosed with vascular dementia (Multi-infarct) this morning. Currently has POA (health and financial in place and invoked) carers 4/24 and stays in sheltered housing complex. WTF do I / we do now 🤯 trying not to spiral 🌀
