Anyone used an Independent Social Worker for Capacity Assessment?

Hi - has anyone used an independent professional to carry out a Capacity Assessment for a person with denebtia? Privately - not via a solicitor? If so any suggestions/sources where to find someone reliable? Am midlands based. TIA!
