Stag Do in Bournemouth

I am organising a stag do in Bournemouth for 12 guys at the end of November. Does anyone know of good bars, clubs or restaurants to go to? Nothing too crazy we're in our thirties.

Bliss is on St Peter's Road. Very popular. Mixed crowd. Also serves food.

I went to a friends party at a good bar and restaurant in June, can't remember the name. Will text her and post later. Very close to the beach. Very good for a large party of people.

All the bars and restaurants are pretty central.

You also have the chains such as O'neills, Slug and Lettuce, Walkabout etc.

Not sure about clubs, but have been to a bar with late music called D.N.A, not my scene but my friends like it.

So what type of night out are we talking aboutin Bournemouth? Quiet and refined or load and late.
