Feeling overwhelmed by my children growing up and starting secondary school

Hi im new here but lately ive been really anxious and emotional about my children getting older there 10,8,6,4 the oldest will go to secondary school next year and i suffer from depression and anxiety anyway but never have experianced this sense of conplete dread and fear of time just passing so fast it keeps me up at night sometimes even bought a few tears to me am i being daft? Cause i feel like my hearts breaking

Just be part of it as múch as you can.. .. be involved… time passes, kids grow, but with 4 of them it must be busy, so just Kemp going, dóibh stuif with them.. Walks in the woods, seafront, whatever..

I have older dc than you 18-15 years old. I can honestly say I love this age. I love hanging out with them. They need me less in some ways, but more in others. Emotional input is high. They get older and it’s different. Different but fabulous.
