Hi dads!

my husband has started court proceedings to be able to see his kids as his ex is preventing him being able to see them, and making life really difficult.

just wondered if anyone else has been through this and can give some advice from your own experiences.
He’s determined but nervous and obviously doesn’t know what to expect.

Before you start make sure all social media is whiter than white and there is nothing that can be taken out of context

Obviously make sure its child centred

There will be false accusations as much as you want to take out a front page advert tobl counter them dont address them unless brought up, it starts looking tit for tat

Becareful what you ask online, assume the other party can see it
