DH wants bellows for his BBQ - where on earth do I get them from??

I have searched google and ebay and BBQ websites to no avail. He has one of those Weber chimney things but still needs to puff and pant down it to get it going. He's been muttering about some for ages. Is it the same enormous ones that you would use for an open fire???

WTF! whats upwith flapping a piece of card !

DH usually just pours on a couple of gallons of petrol.
Mind you, with fuel prices as they are, perhaps bellows will become a necessity.

Lighter fluid is your friend

I'm sure dh has latent arsonist tendancies

Aside from that - there has to be at least one good reason why the Daily Mail is published and BBQ flappage could well be that reason

My dad used to get the hairdrier out to get the BBQ going and I can always remeber being v concerned when that happened. Thank goodness he now has a gas one!
One the subject of bellows we wanted some for our open fire and it took ages but someone found us a pair in a bric a brac/ funny antique market place. Good luck with the hunt and don't mention the hairdrier to him!!

We used to use the ordinary bellows from the open fire. They aren't enormous though, only about 30cm long. Just in case you know anyone who is heading this way (to France) this summer, you can get them easily here, in DIY stores, places that sell wood burning stoves etc.

But what works best for us is a piece of kitchen roll dipped in a little vegetable oil then scrunched up.
