hi guys
im currently seeking contact with my dd (age 2). she has made many allegations of abuse and abduction etc (ALL of which are untrue).
i have a Final Hearing on thurs/fri this week (remote hearing) and having to self represent. Do tou guys have any advice that would be helpful.
Cafcass are useless and are clearly siding with the mother.
My DD was born with ARSA and this is one of her main reasons for witholding/denying contact staring i know nothing of her condition. i do know and understand the ARSA and ha e undeftaken Paediatric First Aid and Intro to safeguarding (both passed).
please help ....scared im gonna lose my daughter ....
