Snip side affect

I had a vasectomy last year and all is fine apart from I now have a raging libido. I don't know if the change is psychological or if my little guys having no where to go are passing on their frustration to me.
You would think I should be happy with it but unfortunately DW desires have not changed in the same direction, if only!
To all those of you thinking of going under the knife you have been warned. Maybe more of a reason for you to have it done if your partner doesn't mind.

I don't quite understand how it all works. (The snip - not other things thank you very much )

In fact - scrub that. I don't really want to know come to think of it.

My balls are aching just thinking about it...........

I was told the sperm are reabsorbed into the body and pass out with the rest of the body waste if that makes sense.
I was not told about any increase to libido so I would assume it is more psychological than physical. Otherwise you'd have people with libido problems all having the snip!

What happened to the hamster BGD? One of mine got eaten by my auntie's dog who pushed its plastic ball down the stairs, cracked it open and ate it (very clever hound, but it still got a hard shoeing for doing it).

Reabsorbed into your body! More like climb up to my brain and party into the small hours. I asked my Doctor where the sperm want and he wasn't sure. This reabsorbed idea is a cop-out. I'm as sane as the next sexually frustrated bloke.

Daddster when I was five I fed my hamster to my dog by dropping it down his throat as he stood there with his mouth open.
My lovely wife pointed it out on a thread whilst I was taking the mickey out of 2shoes who had killed a bird whilst driving.

When you have had the snip you don't stop producing it do you? You'd need your bollocks chopped off for that!

I found my libido increased after dh had snip because for once in my life I wasn't having my natural feelings supressed by bloody pill! And there was no subconcious worry about accidentally getting pregnant..

I know this is for dad's but well is sort of dad related...

My dad got the snip and there was a very weird side effect ...

My brother was born a year later and not surprisingly there was a dna test coz my dad was puzzled LOL.

I don't think DownSheps's experience (pmsl at name ) is actually typical, ie sex drive not commonly affected one way or the other.

Regular application of frozen cabbage (in bag!) good and regular! V IMPORTANT! Plus tlc and chocolate.

The ice makes all the difference trust me

DH had his snip many moons ago and had to go to the docs as his bits and pieces turned jet black afterwards.

Our doc, a Pakistani chap just laughed and said "snap" when DH complained about this turned out it was simply bad bruising.

One "extra" that came out of it all was that the doc told DH he could either let the practice nurse remove his stitches or he could ask me to do it.

This I duly did with sterilised tweezers and may I say after 3 lots of morning sickness, 3 labours, 3 births and 3 lots of stitches of my own under my belt I thoroughly enjoyed doingIt took me ages too
