domestic violence and abuse

hi all

well despite giving statements to the police, myself and my 20 yr old daughter reporting being hit on the knuckles with a mobile phone and a plastic bucket repeatedly, called twat,idiot, mr vagina etc, and twisting my nipples apparently this does not (even though she admitted in police interview "she may have hit me with phone and bucket on occasion whilst driving cause my drivimg upset her" ).

because lack of evidence she just gets away with it.
there is NO EXCUSE for violence of any sort no matter how minor or major.

I am sorry you are going through this , its despicable that men are frequently not taken seriously when it comes to them suffering from domestic violence.

I have a male friend that was been emotionally mentally and financially abused, all his so called mates said things like grow a set of balls , man up , just take control and other useless condescending crap.

Are you and your dd safe ? Can you leave , do you have family that can help ?

I think you and your dd need to keep a strong united front , go back to the police and get them to listen.

yes both of us live in leics and she lives in Essex. we have a baby girl aged nearly two and currently trying for custody. i think the Police beleive me bur not enough evidence they say to prosecute.

What makes matters worse she is a trainee probation officer, and al she ever does n says are dispicable lies
