I have a court order in place from 4 years ago. My children are now older and my circumstances have changed. I'm after having my children for a shared period of the school holidays but the mother isn't willing.
Does anyone know what I need to apply for via the courts?
Also, the previous court appearances were in Birkenhead. I have now moved house. If I'm applying to the courts must I continue to use Birkenhead or can I apply to Preston. The mum and the children live in Birkenhead but I had a very bad experience there with an opinionated and rude judge so would prefer not to return.
