hi all. recently had fhdra and awaiting sect 7 report. her solicitor has changed court venue to near her where she is a probation officer. should i get the venue changed to ensure a fair case without a conflict of intersts. she has constantly lied throughout the custody case despite prior to splitting she stated in writing that she wouldnt contest contact/visits with my daughter. she now has a new fella and a ready made family and i font exist ( up to 15 mins a week video call)
