hi all ....at my fhdra a section 7 report was made.
do i get advance notice and if so how long

my ex and me were never married and currently going through custody battle for our 19 month old daughter. she has a new partner which i dont care about. however before we split she said in writing she would never contest me seein our daughter or visitations. can this be used as evidence to support my battle for custody. she has made false reports of harrassment and abduction. since january i have had only 3 video calls with my daughter and she even told me to stop waving a teddy bear to try and keep her attention.

No advice for you sorry but don't give up trying to see your wee one. My dc's dad died when they were young and I will never understand why some mothers try to deprive their dc of the love/attention and support of a loving father.
