Really getting to me. I have a 10 year old DD and 5 year old DS. I'm probably being oversensitive but I am trying to establish a consistent loving relationship with my kids - my 10 year old well she's a typical tweenie and has her mood swings but my 5 year old can be particularly rude and bossy - I imagine he may be reflecting back what we as parents say to him and his sister when we are cross with them. But it's hard to establish positive reinforcement consistently if there's nothing to positively reinforce..... Help.
