They could say the same about the Jambos

BigGitDad · 28/01/2008 21:32

I heard the guy responsible for the balloons say that he and the fans let off approx 1500 ballons off before the game.

oh Pan, you crack me up, you really do

I just wish I'd seen this at the time, instead of because I was about to post on the "how many times has your name been mentioned this year" thread

oh well, hey ho!

(and if you think taking the mickey about Man City losing will upset me, you were obviously never at my school on a Monday morning after City lost and United won (most weeks) - you learn to have a very, very thick skin about the bloody team not winning when you grow up surrounded by United supporters)

BigGitDad · 10/02/2008 22:15

Congrats on a great win today Squonk, nice to see the minutes silence was respected as well.

Pan · 11/02/2008 00:28

yes, well effing done.

And a wonderful response from the City supporters. Very emotional time.

Love it when Man City win, purely because I have a former colleague who is a big Man City fan, and it makes me smile to think of his glee at the result.

Even better that it's against Man U, for some reason, lol.
