Child's mother got back with abusive ex

Hi all I'm pretty depressed at the moment, the girl I was dating and had a child with recently dumped me, she the proceeded to enter into a relationship with her abusive ex partner who has been told by social services is not aloud to see her or the children, she claims she broke up with him again after social services threw the book at her but she has proven herself to be untrustworthy and deceitful, so I'm concerned that as soon as she think nobody is watching she will let him back into her life and the children's life again, she has been reported to social services about this on more than one occasion

Interested to understand the nature of the ex-partners abusiveness towards your baby's mother. Do you have partial custody of your child? Is their past evidence of her ex-partner being abusive in the presence of her child?

Don't have custody and from what social services have told me the mother reported this man to social services herself about 4 months ago before kicking him out of home because he smacked the child, he later arrived at her house drunk and was aggressive and abusive so she had to call the police on him, social services have told her he is not aloud to see her or be near the children

I'd approach a solicitor and see if they can help you gain custody.
