Hi. I live in england. My child lives in wales with his mum. I have him every other weekend. Covid rules differ between England and wales. Which rules does my child have to adhere to when with me ( england). I assume its the local rules which ever parent they are with? I can't find anything official on this.
Help.
Cheers

He follows the rules of whichever area he's in at the time. When he's with you it's the English rules. When with his mum it's the Welsh rules.

Thanks for this. Any official reference for this?

No but I would think it's pretty obvious? I live in Wales but respect English rules when I go to England. Same applies here.

Use the rules for whichever area you are currently in. Same as if you were abroad you would abide by their rules and not the ones in the UK
