Hair transplant

Hello.

Has anyone on here had a hair transplant?

My son is in his early 20s and his hair loss is making him very depressed. I have the funds to pay for him but was wondering if anyone had any first hand experience? A friend mentioned Turkey as a good place to go for both price and efficiency.
Thank you.

My husband is struggling with this, but we cant go ahead yet...the problem is that you start with the receding hairline, then it recedes some more and you need a top up, then again bald spot on the top, another top up. Were waiting g to do a bigger amount at once.
Talk to a consultant close to home to get an assessment and advice on long term expectations and how many transplants they'd expect he will need.

They need to assess the areas they can use to transplant from as well.

Thank you.
As soon as face to face consultations are allowed to restart we will book something.
I've sent some photos to the clinic in Turkey and am waiting for their response.

@Screwcorona gave great advice. It's better to wait for the receding to stop/slow down before the transplant imo.

Which clinics are good for this in Turkey?
