Morning folks

I’m a first time dad looking for advice my 15 month old daughter seems behind on her milestones

firstly she doesn’t crawl she army crawls but she is very quick is this normal? We try the standing up but her legs seem to buckle under her plus her legs seem to bend

Secondly she will refuse to try eat food herself we have to feed her

Thirdly she only seems to say one word which is dada we have tried so many words she’s just not interested

An lastly she all has her tongue out her toes are always curled

I’m just a worried dad is is just me worrying or should I be concerned ? Any help would be most grateful thank you

Morning, you know, the best thing to do would be to contact your gp or health visitor and explain your concerns. Has she had any routine developmental checks?

Yeah you need to get her checked by a health visitor..no one on here can say. Could be fine but she needs to be seen and assessed

I agree with PP. Best not to panic she could just be taking her time. But speak to your GP or health visitor, I spoke to the HV about my daughter at that age as she had a few behavioral quirks but she looked her over and was comfortable with her. I know with lockdown HV appointments are few and far between so give them a call :)
