My dp has a 1996 aprillia rs 125 and it splutters on top revs or in other words its not reving all the way or something. Is there anyone with advice or links to advice lol

(help me please the house smells of petrol and i get a headache off the va va vroom )

Sounds like a transmission hitch. I can't do anything to help but it be something like water in the sparks, have you tried taking them out and cleaning them?

it will rev up to 5000 revs and he has checked the spark

not sure if the cdi units restricted or not restricted....

and the gdr goes into the gte with pfx sitting slightly on the edge of hwd.....

Might be the oil pump overdoing it, new gasket in that case...or strip your carb and blow all the holes out hard! Can cause major disruption, just a wee bit of muck in there or drop of water (common this time of year)

has he checked compression? the jets, and stock reeds?

he said it might be the oil pump! look at you go FA not only do you birth chubby gorgeous babies (which by the way i cant believe how big he has got!!) you can fix motorbikes too!!!lol

My thought is the jets could be blocked - take them out and blow through them hard then clean the pipes by revving hard to push any shit through (have no idea if this works on bikes but it used to be the problem on my Vauxhall Nova!). It used to happen if the tank had got low on fuel and so pulled through the shit at the bottom.

She's probably still asleep (life with no kids!) but will definitely know what to do when she emerges!

2004 SUZUKI GSXR 1000 K3. i'm not usually good with 2-strokes, ama car mechanic by profession, but we have M/C sometimes! love tinkering with my own though. got a few yamahas i play with!
