my friend is really clingy and i often wonder how the hell she manages to stay in a long term realtionship. do some men actually like it when women are clingy?

Its just that when I've had needy friends (which I find hard work too and can't be arsed with in the end), their blokes have always had, errmm, shall we call it "issues".

Ooooohhhhh - i would hate that. I guess some men like to be 'needed' though. Don't understand it myself.

Me and the DW have a great time together and enjoy each others company a lot - but we still like to have some independence and do our own thing with our own friends in our own space.
