Separation Finances

My Wife and I are in the process of separating :(

I am do what I do best and making a spreadsheet to plan finances… because she will be the registered parent of the 2 kids she will end up with around £1000 from Universal Credit.

Although I will look after the kids 3-4 days per week, and I am under 35, I am entitled to nothing?!

How is that fair!?

Does anyone have any advice on how to handle finances as a separated Dad?

It's far from fair. Try and keep amicable for the sake of child access (a lesson I've learnt although I wasnt the aggressor).
Any specific questions. I would advise you dont offer anyyhing without yaking advice first (it's what I did but it's not in your interests)
