Joking aside, the subject does interest me. The caveman diet (which is not an aid to losing weight, per se, but an aide to being healthy), suggest that we eat what our ancestors ate.

Which is, raw vegetables, rare meat, all the fat off meat, fish, pulses, mouthfuls of fresh herbs, no bread, etc.

I think there's something in it, tbh. I can't stand carbohydrates, and I'm sure that's part of the problem with modern obesity ... and cars and sedentary lifestyles ...

I could go for the Caveman diet myself.

Many is the time when i could have forgone the long-winded and complex mating rituals associated with the modern woman - and just clubbed her over the head and dragged her back to the cave by the hair.
