I had my 2nd Court hearing a couple of weeks ago, and my ex didn't turn up. The judge denied a fact finding hearing for her allegations against me and has ordered Cafcass to do a Section 7 report. He also wanted me to start having access to my DC, supervised (for reporting reasons), at a contact centre. My ex has refused to allow me access in a contact centre now (she's been pushing for this for the past 6 months) because it's apparently too far away for her to travel, but there are no more centres in our County.
Has anyone had any experience of this? Will I still be able to see my DC? Can the judge force her to go to the contact centre? I've already missed out on so much and have been absolutely heartbroken throughout this whole process..
