I completed >20 years military service before my wife and I were married in '94. Would she be entitled to any of my monthly pension payment post-divorce? I also receive a small monthly War Pension (£150) that's non taxable and is paid for injuries I received during my service, would she be entitled to any of this? Since separating my ex has continued to work part time only, can she continue to do this post divorce and will I be made to support her lifestyle choice? We have no under 18 children at home.
