Hi my partner is going through court proceedings to have access to his children, the next hearing will be the 4th hearing.
So far his ex has made lots of allegations about him and have resulted in a section 7 report been completed, enhanced checks on both parents and partners, a guardian is now been appointed for the children. Throughout this whole process my partner has only been granted indirect contact, although there is no factual evidence.
Were hoping that at the very least the next visit will give him some form of contact even if it is supervised.
If he gets supervised visits in a contact centre and the kids ask why haven't you been to see me what should his answer be?
Also if anybody else has been through simular situation can you advise on what he can bring up or take to court to prove her as a liar?
Thanks

I suggest he asks the children's guardian what he should say. Otherwise he might be criticised for saying something they think is inappropriate.
