Good evening
Trying to get some advice with regards child maintenance.
Have two children that I pay through an agreement arranged through the Cma.
I only see my youngest every over weekend.
I have found out that my eldest who had just turned 19 dropped an A level last year and in turn was under the 12 hour suppervised limit imposed by the cma to determine full time education. She is also going back this September to continue to do a single A level which would be classed as part time as it only has 4.5 hours of supervised education.
When I mentioned this to the Cma they stated they could not do anything as it is based on the other parent claiming child maintenance.
What should I do? Should I contact the child benefits and explain?
Thanks
Steve
