We were with another couple and over lunch the other wife reminded her husband that he was having steak that evening, DW and me had been joking about it afterwards - do people actually do this in the UK?

On the 14th, we were talking to my inlaws on Skype. They said it was steak for tea. I'm not sure they understood why DH and I were rolling around laughing
I don't think it's very common here OP but I'm sure there are people who do partake

In our house Valentines is for me, steak and b.j day is for him. It works well! We each get a day to be selfish and get what we like!
