Apart from here, does anyone know of any other Dadsnets? DH is upset at having to log on to 'mums'net first before accessing 'blokes stuff'

don't know of anything myself. I think one of the other mumsnet dads has mentioned a site in the last month or two though. I think he said he wasn't very impressed with it.

Don't know about your dh but I find it's only rarely that I want to talk about dad-specific issues that really don't apply to parents generally iyswim.

I've investigated various fora for dads, and it has to be said that not one of them comes anywhere near to being as entertaining, informative or lively as this place.

Just followed the link to the Brit. Columbia dads net thing.

Two minutes in I come across, a Nazi-style image, a criticism of women's refuges and a reference to the Father's 4 Justice movement.

Groups of blokes, either in RL or virtually are not attractive notions to me - and the mysogenism is latent or explicit...

As imperfect as MN may be, gotta agree it is informative, lively and interesting.

So sorry sisters! If you can put up with us....

i dotn think many blokes really do forums tho! So there would never be a real dadsnet to equate to mumsnet. your dh is better off here!

Most of them are rubbish, one or two pages at most. Blokes don't talk much so the sites are BORING!

DH has never shown interest in MN before, but I think he's just starting to

It would be full of threads like "Why is she so moody?" Yawn.

Much better on here, IMHO.
