Bad dad...What did he do?

I was on Youtube, uploading videos of the kids to share with the family, and came across this:

So, sure, filmed by some hormonal teenager (you can see where the focus is at first), it rapidly becomes about this little girl and her dad...

"What's it like ina police car?" -_- What did he do? Theories?

My theory is he done nothing, it seems like a set up to me.

Clearly some sort of driving offence, why are you so interested?

Seems like a set up. The lines just seem scripted, as does the dad's body language. We could be wrong of course, but it just doesn't feel real.
