My wife and I are very competetive when it comes to cooking. But I really like this recipe. I had never thought of cooking the rice in stock.
I would have to think carefully about the soy sauce though. The stock already has salt in it and the soy may just over do it. Oh, and I usually make the egg into an omelet and then chop it up. But this idea is really much better.
