Father's day ideas please!

I need a family activity to do as a surprise father's day present. Something DH would enjoy that would also work for the kids (3 and 9 months). We live in London. Any ideas??? Thanks

picnic in a park? Get lots of nice things in and have a picnic - if not in a park in a free museum somewhere?

We get train to Liverpool street walk over London bridge, get fod in borough mkt, stroll along south bank finish at festival hall. There are loads of things to see and ds loves it.

Is longleat safari park driveable?

Off the top of my head...
Making a hand print poster
Set up an obstacle course
Pick some strawberries and turn them into cakes/muffins/smoothies
Get him to pose for everyone else to draw a small portrait, then frame them together
Go to a pottery shop and everyone decorates a plate or mug to be fired
Have a BBQ
Write a song about him with the kids and perform it live

Fathers' Day is the deciding day in the Euro 2012 football tournament's 'Group of Death' (the group with the most number of highly ranked teams).

Portugal are playing Holland, and Germany are playing Denmark. Both games kick off at 745.

What I would like, please, is to be able to watch the build-up and the match in peace, surrounded by food/snacks and alcoholic drinks themed around those four countries.
