Any golfers out there?

I have (stupidly) agreed to buy my brother a waterproof golf cart bag for his 40th birthday. He wants a powwakaddy deluxe 2012.
Have looked at the price and am shocked.
Any golfers out there know of a fully waterproof bag that costs under £120?
