Hi, thought I better do the usual thing and introduce myself.

I'm late 30s, living with partner in Gtr Manchester with 4yo son. Also have 20yo step-daughter and 1yo (step) grandaughter.

Have been reading some of the mumsnet discussions over the last few days - an eye-opener if ever there was one! Just posted in a topic over there so thought I'd take cover in here.

Nice username :)

Afternoon. Do you support a footie team?

kennypowers · 08/04/2011 13:30

I am a Man U fan, as designated by family history, but don't really follow football any further than keeping an eye on the results.

I follow F1 pretty religiously though.

Nice to have you here Kenny. I do love the automatic need for self defence when someone says they support Man U (family history). It's like people think it's an illness. I'm sure there'll be someone along to tell me it is.....

'Course it's an illness! The entire Irish side of my family is infected with it, thanks to George Best.
