I took my DD (10mo) out in our new bike trailer today. My husband and I had disagreed on whether she needed to wear a helmet in it - he thinks no, I’m adamant yes. Anyway, she hated it and cried the whole way home, she was all skewwiff in the trailer - it transpires the trailer we bought isn’t designed with helmets in mind (you buy cheap you buy twice maybe?). I’m annoyed about this now I realise and wish we’d bought one with the mesh section for helmets - alas. Anyway, does anyone have any tips for getting around this? Any help would be much appreciated.
