What's it like to ride?

I have had one for quite a few years now. I wanted a lightweight bike with a low step over and a vertical riding position, and it met those criteria. I ride it in and around town for local commuting (work, shopping, socialising) so typical journeys are between 1 and 5 miles and no big hills.

I have some worries about availability of replacement parts now Isla are no longer making bikes - but I’ll deal with that as it happens.

Islabike website is offering spare parts currently

I'm looking for one to convert to an ebike so being lightweight it looks fab

What size are you riding and how tall are you (if you do t mind me asking)

I'm 5'4" and I've got the X-small.
I've got a swytch battery pack/ e-bike conversion kit as well but I rarely use it.

Its funny reading all the measurements I've got a huge bike, but I'm only 5ft 5

But the only Joni I can find second hand is a Large & the height to the top of the frame is 30 inches (without the saddle and my inside leg is only 29!
