Pinnacle / Castelli Cycling Gear Sizing

Wiggle have a really good sale on atm. The sizing chart is beyond useless. From personal experience, can anyone advise on sizing for Pinnacle and Castelli gear please?
Do they come up small like most other brands or are they true to size?

I've found Castelli to fit small. It's a while since I bought anything but if I recall rightly I went up a size and the jersey was a decent fit and shorts were wearable but on the snug side. Can't comment on Pinnacle sorry.

Castelli is good, I use medium as a UK12 in their shorts. I found their chamois very comfortable for long distance rides.

I'm also a S/M in jerseys depending on time of year! I don't have big boobs but I do have hips and that can be tricky. My favourite winter jersey is Castelli.
