Stupid question perhaps.., do you apply for a voucher to cover the cost of bike before or after the discount is applied? E.g shop cost is £700 but after voucher is £440 - so do I apply for £700 or £440 with my employer? Thanks so much in advance!

The actual amount rather than the amount after tax

You apply for the full cost of the bike. Be warned as sometimes the voucher code can take a few weeks to arrive, so if you have your heart set on a particular model it's worth checking if the stockist can put it aside until you're able to confirm purchase.
