I'm at the other end of the country so don't know anyone in your area sorry, but Welwyn Wheelers is a very well known cycling club. They probably do kids' sessions but if not I would imagine they would be able to direct you to somewhere else local. I'm sure they'll have a website and/or social media accounts if you Google.

Definitely reach out to Welwyn Wheelers. They are local enough to me that I sometimes race against some of their riders. They have an outdoor velodrome and off road training facilities and seem to do a lot with the kids. A well respected club for sure.
