Bike for tall 5 year old

Trying to find a beginner bike for my very tall 5 year old kid (121 cm). He's ridden on a three-wheeler before, and quite good on his scooter. So maybe he will need stabilisers? Trouble is finding a 'beginner 5 year old bike' for someone who is the height of an average 6.5/7 year old.

Facebook Marketplace. Buy secondhand Isla, Frog, Vitus, Squish or any other quality child specific brand in the appropriate size for a 6 year old (I'm thinking 24" wheels). Take peddles off and let him 'scoot' about on it. When he's ready, peddles back on and off he goes. Once he's grown out of it... whack it back on Facebook Marketplace and you'll probably get most of your money back.

The child specific brands really are better, they are significantly lighter and contain child sized quality components.
