What is the max amount your work scheme offers under this scheme? Mine is £2k, partners is £1k and have heard of various companies offering £5k or unlimited!
The government rules allow employers to offer unlimited limit, but suggest £5k as a max - I was wondering if many do this? Obviously the employee still has to pay it back, but there is an increased risk of the employee defaults I guess.
Im lobbying our company to increase the limit, just wondering how common this is?
