My dh has messed up please help! Power meter pedal related question

This is probably pretty niche but I thought I would try here as googling has got him/me nowhere.

He has been coveting power meter pedals forever and has finally purchased them for his spin bike. He was over the moon.

Well, despite god knows how many hours of watching YouTube videos he has managed to buy threaded pedals for a Morse fit?!

Is there any way to rectify this wise cycling ones?

Is it possible to remove the cranks on the spin bike?! If so replace the with threaded ones where the peddle attaches.

As an aside I had a series of terrible experiences with my PowerTap P3s and gave up on them. PowerTap replaced them twice under warranty due to issues. The third time round the spindle seized (out of warranty) and would have cost several hundred quid for a service. So I hope he either doesn’t have the P3s or if he does PowerTap have made some improvements!!

Thanks so much for replying @noodlmcdoodl after exhausting lots of options he's decided to use the power meter pedals with his road bike on a turbo trainer instead of the spin bike. I think once it got down to changing things in the spin bike we were going to fall down a rabbit hole.

Of course now he has two bike permanently set up so I think this disaster has actually worked out quite well for him!

On the plus side it does mean I can go on the odd cycle with him, while he's racing on swift I can have a gentle spin while taking in the 'views'

As an aside it's assiomas he has. Can't comment on how good they are yet as he's literally using them for the first time tonight! That sounds like a crazy experience with yours, that would really put you off!
