TV coverage in the UK is via Eurosport, in all it's finery as part of Sky, or Amazon Prime or monthly subs for streaming. Talk of ITV4 carrying highlights seem to have suffered a dropped chain.

I think GCNRacing will be doing some live streaming on Facebook. I watched some of the women's race that way so I assume the men's race will also be on.
The big interest for me is who the real leader of Mitchelton Scott is going to be.

I watched online last night. There are few advantages to being off work waiting for surgery but being able to lie in bed watching the TDU and not having to get up next morning is one of them. Lotto Soudal must be kicking themselves, huge positioning fail in the final. Pleased for Sam Bennett though.
