Dawes Duchess Delux

Does anyone have a Dawes Duchess Delux? If so, what do you think of it?

I’m looking to get a decent Dutch style bike that doesn’t weigh a tonne or cost the earth. I’d also like 7 or 8 gears. I looked at the Pendletons but I can’t get them via the bike to work scheme i’m planning to use.

My other option would probably be a Flourish but I thought the Dawes just looked that wee bit nicer and had more curved handles.

Ideas welcome!

Looks okay to me. I build up all my own bikes but if I ever bought a whole one I’d be interested in the frame, wheels, handlebars, seatpost, saddle and pedal quality. Dawes are a pretty good albeit old fashioned brand. Pendleton look rubbish to me-another celebrity cash-in.
