Surrey 46 question - my partner wants to take my place as he didn’t get on, and his 74 year old dad is doing it so he wants to accompany him
He’d phoned them and they won’t allow him to take my place
If I get the cycle bib for him to wear, does anyone know if he can join he ride somewhere after the start or is it all fenced off?
