I was thinking about new bags - I have 2 canvas(ish) shower proof pannier bags

But have a yen for something I can clip off and take with me or maybe something flowery?

Or a fancy helmet? Or waterproof shoes?

Tempt me with you recent buys?

I also got M&S vouchers I can't get anything for my bike from there can i?

I have some own brand Edinburgh Bicycle Collective panniers. I just looked on their website and they don’t do them anymore. It’s a pity as they are still go strong after 10 years of almost daily use. They are still completely waterproof too. They clip on and off easily. It looks like they come up on eBay second hand from time to time. If I needed to replace them I’d go for Ortlieb ones as they are similar just more expensive.

If you are after waterproof shoes I have a pair of Northwave Artic GTX winter boots which are ace. They keep my feet toasty and dry. In really heavy rain I do wear neoprene overshoes on top and pull the stirrups on my tights over the outside of the boots to stop the water running in them. I usually wear them from October - April.

they are very 'enthusiastic' boots! i'm not sure i cycle at that level Grin

I'll have a look at the bags thanks

I did buy a mirror already, like a 1970s chopper mirror - I think it will help me as my right neck/shoulder are quite stiff

A bike umbrella. I've recently bought the Senz one and the brolly
holder. I've not had chance to use it yet though.
