Who is your favourite pro and why?

Sarah Storey - I think she's fantastic, and love what shes doing with the Podium Ambition team.

She is amazing! Wish she could have got the hour record too. Love watching what she is up to.

Nicholas Roche. Because he's VERY nice to look at 🚴 Also Peter Sagan, crazy (Google his wedding pics), but what a rider and what legs 😚 !!!
Used to be a big Andy Schleck fan - remember Chaingate? Was sad he retired so young. And Thor Hushovd, the epitome of ice cool.
Also like Joaquín Rodriquez - epitome of tenacity.
Don't mind Chris Froome, & the patriot in me wants little Louis Meintjies to have a good season (& anyone in Team Dimension Data) 🇿🇦

Tommy Voekler. Come on, how can you not cheer him on?

Laura Trott for the girls but not sure she's actually 'pro'. Joanna Rowsell, of course -- both so irrepressible.

I love Nico, agree with his sexiness. They all get married far too young. And yes! Peter's wedding pics were hilarious.

Chris Froome has blocked me on twitter. I am glad I started this too! Mumsnetty cycling. My two worlds colliding.

Tommy V is rumoured to bat for the other side. He is brill. Love his crazy breaks.

Laura is indeed pro. Just focusses more on track than road.

Tommy V - yes, baby faced assassin! Remember 2011 when he held the TdF maillot June for so long, only to lose to Mr Grumpy Cadel Evans? Was gutted for him - would have been a fairytale...
Does he really bat for the other side? Thought he was married with kids? Never really thought of gay pro cyclists, but now you have me wondering....

Have to ask - what did you do to upset Chris Froome? Or was it his missus?

I asked Chris Froome whether he was having his blood changed on the rest day. Hahaha.

As for Tommy V, bi, I reckon. Cycling is a bit like football but stuff goes on. It's just not reported much. Just wish I could get my hands on a few of them.

Fabien Cancellara is a legend, and Jens Voigt is my hero.

Who else? Oh yes, I have a very soft spot for Edvald Boassen Hagen because he's very cute.

Peter Sagan is growing on me now he's stopped pinching the bums of podium girls. His bike handling skills are something else.

Yes, Drama Alpaca, he is. And I am a housewife he is also one of my faves.

Fabian is just bloody gorgeous, that hair, that voice. Before he was a pro he was an apprentice electrician. Imagine him coming to rewire your fusebox? :P

Ohh, Eddy Bos- is is so young looking though. Brilliant on a bike as long as he isn't trying to beat Cavendish, which happily isn't a problem anymore.

Sagan needs to grow up. However, I think he is defo going to be as big as Sean Kelly in a few years. Amazing skills.

I don't know if any of you do track cycling but this is Eddie Dawkins, a Kiwi track sprinter. I may actually be a bit in love with him. (Amongst others.)
