I was exhausted by the end of my day lying on the sofa it all, those last 30 laps. Oh my.

Very excited & happy to watch Cav & Wiggins. DH has had the track champs on all weekend, what a way to finish. :)

I quite enjoyed their match & afterwards the Chinese gals cycling no hands with their flag, women's (gold medal) individual sprint. Then Chris Hoy quipping "I'd fall off if I tried to do that!"

I missed that! The Chinese women were strong weren't they?

Just watched the highlights of Cav/Wiggo again on iPlayer.

Cobbles have been well-maintained for the new season....

And my Gracie just pulled a second place at RondevDrenthe!

I get to watch (well all of you get to watch it if you have satellite TV) the last stage of Paris-Nice live tomorrow. As long as we all cram our Welsh tonight S4C have got it covered.
