Christmas Poem in French? Or (very) short story?

I have been asked to recite a poem or reading in French, for a gathering.
Please can I have some ideas? I have found a few very simple poems but nothing that really grabs me...

Le Petit Sapin?
La nuit magique de Noël (twas the night before xmas translation)
Le Noël des enfants qui n’ont plus de maison by Jacques Prévert
Or if religious Noël by Paul Verlaine
